Requirements
TL:DR...
To complete the GGC 2021, your Team must complete 9 Checkpoint tasks over 5 days (don't stress about the details just yet) and pitch your idea via a 3-minute pre-recorded Pitch Video backed up by a brief Written Summary.
In Detail...
The Checkpoints
These are all of your designs, research, market validation and all other supporting documentation you create during the week. Attach or link each Checkpoint item to your team's Devpost as instructed in the schedule. They will support your Pitch, give us a better understanding of your idea, and help you stay on track during the week.
The Video
Your video must:
- be a 3-minute (maximum) pitch;
- include a clear problem statement;
- include an outline of how your idea/business will help protect human rights in a post-truth world;
- include an overview of the business model and revenue streams;
- include evidence of market validation;
- feature your basic prototype;
- feature all members of the team and indicate the contributions of each team member (not all members need to present though);
- include “Next Steps”.
Format:
Your video must be uploaded on Devpost as a Vimeo or Youtube link.
Written Summary:
This should be no longer than 500 words and be presented in dot points with clear headings, written directly into Devpost. Example headings include:
